目的 探讨机体在受到不同剂量的电离辐射后血清中微量元素的变化。方法 对9 条家犬下颌骨体部分别给予20 Gy ,30 Gy 及40 Gy 的钴60r 射线连续照射,并分别于照射开始前及照射总量结束后采取静脉血, 测定动物血清中部分微量元素的变化。结果 放射后血清中的锌、钙、锰、硒的含量较放射前明显降低( P< 0 .01) , 而血清中铜和镁的含量却明显升高( P< 0 .01) 。结论 当机机体受到一定剂量的电离辐射后, 对血清中某些微量元素的含量有较大的影响
Objective To investigate the changes of serum trace elements in the body after exposure to different doses of ionizing radiation. METHODS: Ninety dogs were given 20 Gy, 30 Gy and 40 Gy cobalt-60r rays, respectively, and venous blood was taken before and after the irradiation to determine the trace amounts of serum in the animals. The change of elements. Results The content of zinc, calcium, manganese and selenium in serum after radiation was significantly lower than that before radiation (P<0.01), while the content of copper and magnesium in serum was significantly increased (P<0.01). Conclusion When the body receives a certain dose of ionizing radiation, it has a greater impact on the content of certain trace elements in serum.
