目的:建立HPLC法测定肾八味胶囊中盐酸水苏碱的含量。方法:色谱柱:氨基柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温:室温;流动相:乙腈:10 mmol·L~(-1)KH_2PO_4水溶液(用磷酸调节pH 3.0)(20:80);流速:1 ml·min~(-1);检测波长:203 nm。结果:盐酸水苏碱的线性范围为0.05~2.50 mg·ml~(-1),r=0.999 7;平均回收率95.1%,RSD 1.8%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便,结果准确可靠,可用于控制肾八味胶囊中盐酸水苏碱的含量。
Objective: To establish the HPLC method for the determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Shenbaaiwei capsules. Methods: Column: amino column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm); column temperature: room temperature; mobile phase: acetonitrile: 10 mmol·L -1 aqueous solution of KH_2PO_4 (pH 3.0 adjusted with phosphoric acid) (20:80) Flow rate: 1 ml·min~(-1); Detection wavelength: 203 nm. Results: The linear range of stachydrine hydrochloride was 0.05~2.50 mg·ml -1, r=0.999 7, the average recovery rate was 95.1%, and RSD 1.8% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used to control the content of stachydrine hydrochloride in Shenbawei capsules.
