目的:分析广州越秀区儿童的骨龄情况,以及骨龄与儿童的年龄之间的相关关系,为评价和治疗儿童的生长发育情况提供重要的理论参考依据。方法:对广州市越秀区随机选取的138名参与者展开研究,采用中国人手腕骨的发育标准CHN测定法,根据手掌骨、腕骨、尺桡骨骺的情况,确定儿童骨龄的分期情况,最终确定参与研究的儿童的骨龄情况,并且确定骨龄与儿童的年龄之间的相关关系。结果:随着儿童年龄的不断增长,骨骺的分期状态由生长初始期向生长完成期不断的发展,并且随着年龄的增长,骨龄也在不断的增大。相关性分析得到儿童的年龄和骨龄之间存在着极强的正相关关系,并且均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:随着儿童年龄的不断增长,其骨骼的发育也不断的趋于完善,为确保儿童能够在最佳的年龄阶段获得良好的身体发育,就应该加强对最佳骨龄发育阶段的关注,抓住最佳的发育时期。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship between the bone age of children in Yuexiu district of Guangzhou and the age of children, and to provide an important theoretical reference for the evaluation and treatment of children’s growth and development. METHODS: A total of 138 participants randomly selected from Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City were enrolled in this study. The CHN test was used to determine the developmental age of skeletal and radius epiphysis. Correlation analysis showed that there was a strong positive correlation between children’s age and bone age, and both were statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: With the increasing age of children, the development of bones is also constantly improving. To ensure that children get good physical development in the best age group, we should pay more attention to the best stage of bone age development. Live the best period of development.
