茎突细小位于颈内向不被人们所重视,可是引发咽部症状者并不少见。本院所遇之15例有12例已经手术治愈,兹综合报导如下: 分析 1.茎突解剖:茎突长短无定,肖氏统计:平均长度左侧3厘米,右侧1.8厘米。梁氏统计:平均长度左侧2.19厘米、右侧2.13厘米。在长于右侧,从国内31例报告中(见附表)统计:左侧占38.71％、右侧占19.35％,双侧同时过长的占41.94％。临床上所见最长者7厘米。位起于颞骨下面伸向下前似一锥状突起,左右各一,其近段含于鞘状突内,远段有茎突舌骨韧带、茎突下颌韧带、茎突舌肌、茎舌骨肌附着。惟茎突舌骨韧带使茎突尖与舌骨小角相连,有时此韧带一份或完全变成骨。骨化:茎突从第二鳃弓之软骨近段而生,有二骨种,一生茎根胎时即有之,一生其余份落蓐后始显,茎突之近段生后一岁开始与颞骨连绩,远段成人后始与颞龄连合。
