一、淋病的症状 1、男性淋病:男性淋病初期表现为急性淋球菌性尿道炎,潜伏期为1～5天,通常是2～5天。主诉从尿道口排出脓性分泌物,排尿疼痛。少数患者三周后才就诊,炎症波及到后尿道时可并发副睾丸炎。 2、女性淋病:女性感染主要是尿道及子宫颈,少数可引起巴氏腺感染,大部份患者是在这个时期就诊。如果病人不注意,拖延治疗,就会引起输卵管炎,急性盆腔炎(PID)或全身性淋病性感染。
