病例患者 ,男 ,１０岁。以间断性腹痛、呕吐３月余 ,加重１周为主诉入院。查体 :发育差 ,重度营养不良。神清 ,慢性病容 ,心肺听诊无异常 ,腹胀 ,全腹部压痛 ,肝脾肋下未触及。肠鸣音弱。神经系统检查无异常。实验室检查 :ＷＢＣ：１１ ２×１０９／Ｌ ;ＲＢＣ :４ ０９×１０?
Case patient, male, 10 years old. To intermittent abdominal pain, vomiting more than 3 months, an increase of 1 week as the main complaint hospitalization.
