目的测定和比较分析川西高原产13种红景天属药用植物中多糖的含量。方法取川西高原产13种红景天属药用植物,经脱脂、除杂、水提,得到红景天属中不同种类植物的红景天多糖,并采用蒽酮硫酸法,以葡萄糖为对照品,在627 nm处测定多糖的含量。结果川西高原产13种红景天属药用植物中多糖的含量为2.74~10.27 mg·g~(-1),差异较大,卧龙红景天和长鞭红景天中多糖的含量最高,大花红景天的多糖含量最少。结论所用红景天多糖含量的测定方法操作简便、稳定性和重复性好,为筛选红景天品种和合理评价红景天的品质与药效奠定了基础。
Objective To determine and compare the content of polysaccharides in medicinal plants of 13 species of Rhodiola genus in the western Sichuan highland. Methods Thirteen Rhodiola medicinal plants were collected from the western Sichuan Plateau. After degreasing, removing impurities and water, Rhodiola rosea polysaccharides were obtained from different plants of Rhodiola rosea, and anthrone sulfuric acid method was used. The content of polysaccharide was measured at 627 nm. Results The contents of polysaccharides in medicinal plants of 13 species of Rhodiola rose in the western Sichuan Plateau ranged from 2.74 mg / L to 10.27 mg · g ~ (-1), with significant differences. The content of polysaccharides was the highest in Rhodiola sachalinensis and Rhodiola sachalinensis, Rhodiola large polysaccharide content at least. Conclusion Rhodiola rosea polysaccharide content determination method is simple, stable and reproducible, which laid the foundation for screening Rhodiola rosea varieties and reasonable evaluation of Rhodiola rosea quality and efficacy.
