目的观察认知结合放松心理训练及以多参数生物反馈为主的心理训练方法对失眠的治疗效果。方法以来我院疗养的57例飞行人员为研究对象,进行认知结合放松心理训练及以多参数生物反馈为主的心理训练,分别对其治疗前后进行Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)测试,并将测试结果进行比较分析。结果 57例飞行人员的失眠状况均有不同程度的改善。结论应用认知结合放松心理训练方法及以多参数生物反馈为主的心理训练,治疗失眠症疗效显著。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of cognitive combined with relaxation psychological training and psychological training method based on multi-parameter biofeedback on insomnia. Methods Fifty-seven pilots who were hospitalized in our hospital for the study were divided into two groups: the cognitive and relaxation psychological training and the psychological training based on multi-parameter biofeedback. The Zung anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) And the test results for comparative analysis. Results 57 cases of flight crew insomnia conditions have varying degrees of improvement. Conclusion Cognitive combined with relaxation psychological training and psychological training based on multi-parameter biofeedback are effective in treating insomnia.
