介绍了某海洋平台用超级双相焊接管线管的制造工艺,分析了采用的成型方式以及等离子弧焊和氩弧焊的复合焊接工艺,结合后续的热处理工艺,保证焊接接头的显微组织、机械性能和耐腐蚀性能达到规范要求;阐述了固溶处理后超级双相不锈钢管线管焊缝和母材金相组织(铁素体和奥氏体)的分布特点。检测结果表明:产品的拉伸、硬度、冲击、耐腐蚀等性能试验指标满足标准要求,所采用的制造工艺是可靠的。
This paper introduces the manufacturing process of super duplex pipeline in a marine platform, analyzes the forming method and the composite welding process of plasma arc welding and argon arc welding, combined with the subsequent heat treatment process, to ensure the microstructure of welded joints, mechanical Performance and corrosion resistance to meet the requirements of the specification. The distribution characteristics of microstructure (ferrite and austenite) of the weld and the base metal of super duplex stainless steel pipeline after solution treatment are described. Test results show that: the product tensile, hardness, impact, corrosion resistance and other performance test indicators to meet the standard requirements, the manufacturing process used is reliable.
