应用色谱技术,从红树植物海漆Excoecaria agallocha L.中获得11种酚苷类化合物。其中,化合物1为新的酚苷类化合物,命名为1-(3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzyl)-6-O-galloyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1)。已知糖苷分别鉴定为3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),hydrangeifolin I(3),(2-methoxy-5-hydroxymethyl-phenyl)-1-O-β-D-(6-O-galloyl)glucopyranoside(4),(3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-O-β-D-(6-O-galloyl)glucopyranoside(5),3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl 1-O-β-D-(6-O-galloyl)glucopyranoside(6),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-(6-O-galloyl)-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),koaburaside(8),koaburaside monomethyl ether(9),cuneatasides D(10),(E)-isosyringin(11)。化合物2-6,8-11为首次从大戟科海漆属中分得。新化合物的结构经理化性质及1D,2D NMR方法确定,已知化合物的结构通过波谱分析及与文献数据比较得以确定。
Eleven kinds of phenolic compounds were obtained from the mangrove marine paint Excoecaria agallocha L. using chromatographic techniques. Among them, Compound 1 is a new phenolic compound named 1- (3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzyl) -6-O-galloyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1). Glycosides are known to be identified as 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), hydrangeifolin I (3), -β-D- (6-O-galloyl) glucopyranoside (4), (3,5-dimethoxy-4- hydroxyphenyl) -1-0- -methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl 1-O-β-D- (6-O-galloyl) glucopyranoside (6), 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl- glucopyranoside (7), koaburaside (8), koaburaside monomethyl ether (9), cuneatasides D (10), (E) -isosyringin (11). Compounds 2-6 and 8-11 were isolated from Euphorbiaceae for the first time. The physicochemical properties of the new compounds and 1D, 2D NMR methods to determine the structure of the known compounds by spectral analysis and literature data to be determined.
