《温州晚报》最近推出“问计于民”栏目,尝试整合社会智力资源,对信息进行深加工,为政府中心工作出谋划策,获得社会各界积极参与,也得到地方决策机构的高度肯定。该策划也是新闻供给侧改革背景下的一次有益尝试,本文通过这一创新案例进行分析,总结地方媒体智库功能建设的必要性,以及优势所在和瓶颈因素。
The “Wenzhou Evening News” has recently launched the section titled “Planning for Counting in People”, attempting to integrate the intellectual resources of the society, further processing the information, making suggestions for the work of the government center, getting active participation from all walks of life, and being highly affirmed by local decision-making bodies. This plan is also a beneficial attempt in the context of news supply side reform. This article analyzes the innovation case, summarizes the necessity of function building of local media think tank as well as the advantages and bottlenecks.
