论述了汽车尾气催化剂载体用氧化铝的制备方法及应用,并对影响其性能的因素进行了探讨。温度是影响汽车尾气催化剂载体用氧化铝相态及比表面积最重要的影响因素;900℃为最佳的焙烧温度,900℃焙烧后,氧化铝的主相态为γ-Al2O3;在焙烧的过程中加入合理的添加剂,可以提高氧化铝的比表面积及热稳定性,通过研究,制备了性能优良的汽车尾气催化剂载体氧化铝。
The preparation method and application of alumina for automobile exhaust catalyst carrier are discussed, and the factors affecting its performance are discussed. The temperature is the most important influencing factor to the phase state and specific surface area of alumina used as catalyst carrier for automobile exhaust. The optimum calcination temperature is 900 ℃ and the main phase state of alumina is γ-Al2O3 after calcination at 900 ℃. Adding reasonable additives, can improve the specific surface area and thermal stability of alumina, through the study, prepared a good performance automotive exhaust catalyst carrier alumina.
