氯氧镁水泥制品的硬化产物通常以5Mg(OH)_2·MgCl_2·8H_2O相(5·1·8相)为主,这也是制品技术性能的来源,但其热稳定性欠佳。就不同水化硬化温度和制品恒重温度对氯氧镁水泥制品性能的影响进行研究。研究结果表明,氯氧镁水泥制品水化硬化温度和制品恒重温度不宜超过65℃,超过该温度后,温度偏差越多,制品技术性能下降越多。
Magnesium oxychloride cement products usually 5Mg (OH) _2 · MgCl_2 · 8H_2O phase (5.1 phase), which is also the source of technical performance of products, but its thermal stability is not good. The effects of different hydration temperature and constant weight temperature on the performance of magnesium oxychloride cement were studied. The results show that the hydration and hardening temperature of the magnesium oxychloride cement and the constant weight temperature of the product should not exceed 65 ℃. After the temperature exceeds, the more the temperature deviates, the more the technical performance of the product declines.
