1.特征与构造机械密封象图1所示,是通过装在压盖上的静环端面与具有轴向运动的动环端面之间的相互旋转滑动来封住从转轴的泄漏。两摩擦面加工成平直并被抛光成镜面(平直度为0.1~0.8μ程度),二个摩擦面是否合适对密封性能具有很大影响。机械密封与以前使用的压紧式填料密封相比具有以下一些优点:
1. Features and Construction As shown in Fig. 1, the mechanical seal seals the leakage from the rotating shaft by mutual rotational sliding between the stationary ring face on the gland and the moving ring face having axial movement. The two friction surfaces are machined flat and polished to a mirror surface (flatness of 0.1 to 0.8μ). The suitability of the two friction surfaces has a great influence on the sealing performance. Mechanical seals have the following advantages over previously used compression packing seals:
