我厂有北京产的13m~3压缩机4台,无锡产15m~36台,上海产17m~32台。这些机器在长期运行中,发现五、六段(17m~3压缩机为六、七段)气缸打气量明显不足,漏气回收管出现高热。拆下六段缸套后,发现缸套外径明显有气体冲刷的小沟槽,缸体内径在活门孔处有较明显的气体冲刷的痕迹,原来高压气体是从缸套与缸体之间漏掉的。检查图纸:缸套与缸体之间选用过渡配合,孔公差为φ57~(+0.03);轴公差为φ57_(+0.01)~(+0.03)。生产中如孔加工到最大偏差,轴加工到最小偏差时,即产生了0.02mm间隙。用这种配合来保证压力为320kgf/cm~2的高压气体密封,显然是不可靠的。因为活塞压缩时,进、排气活门只能封闭缸体,而不能封闭缸套。这样,大部的高压气推开排气活门的阀片被排出,而小部分气
