基于雪崩三级管雪崩效应,对传统MARX电路进行深入研究分析并进行大量实验,研制出了一种高重频高稳定度的改进型MARX纳秒脉冲源。对传统MARX电路的雪崩三级管触发形式以及脉冲合成方式进行了改进,并设计出PCB电路板,在重频100kHz时,示波器50Ω负载匹配实测产生的脉冲半幅脉宽1.3ns,幅度366V,脉冲波形稳定度高、拖尾小,重频上限可达160kHz,电路性能优良、稳定可靠。目前已应用于超宽带探测雷达发射机系统当中。
Based on the avalanche effect of avalanche triode, the traditional MARX circuit is deeply studied and analyzed, and a large number of experiments are carried out. An improved MARX nanosecond pulse source with high repetition rate and high stability is developed. The avalanche triode trigger and the pulse synthesis method of the traditional MARX circuit are improved. The PCB circuit board is designed. When the frequency is 100kHz, the 50Ω load of the oscilloscope matches the measured pulse half-width 1.3ns, the amplitude 366V, and the pulse Waveform high stability, small tail, re-frequency up to 160kHz, the circuit performance is excellent, stable and reliable. Has been used in ultra-wideband detection radar transmitter system.
