以重庆工贸职业技术学院在校学生为研究对象,通过自制问卷调查表对在校三个年级8个专业480名学生进行了问卷调查。结果表明:在校高职学生的食品安全知识的知晓率较低,从9.4%到48.4%不等,食品卫生意识和法律意识还待提高,消费行为还不够理性;影响食品安全意识的因素主要与专业、年级、性别和成长地等有关。建议学院采用多种形式的宣传教育活动以提高在校学生的食品安全意识水平。比如开办专题知识讲座,定期办黑板报和知识竞赛,特别应开设食品安全全院公选课以加强学生的食品安全的系统学习。
Chongqing Polytechnic Polytechnic Institute of students as the research object, through self-made questionnaire on the three grades of 480 students in 8 professional schools conducted a survey. The results showed that the awareness rate of food safety knowledge of higher vocational students was low, ranging from 9.4% to 48.4%, food hygiene awareness and legal awareness should be improved, and consumer behavior was not rational enough. Factors affecting food safety awareness were mainly And professional, grade, gender and place of growth and so on. It is suggested that the college adopt various forms of publicity and education activities to raise the awareness of food safety among school students. For example, we should hold seminars on lectures, run blackboards and knowledge contests on a regular basis. In particular, we should set up a public safety elective course in the hospital to enhance students’ systematic study of food safety.
