本文报道一组脑血管疾病的遗传度为52.67％。分别计算50岁前遗传度为40.12％,50岁以后为56.3％。不同性别的遗传度男性为48.63％,女性为58.7％。结果证实脑血管病为多基因遗传,提出积极改善环境因素对防治脑血管病的重要性。
This article reports a group of cerebrovascular disease geneticity was 52.67%. Were calculated before the age of 50 heritability was 40.12%, 56.3% after 50 years of age. The heritability of different sexes was 48.63% for males and 58.7% for females. Results confirmed that cerebrovascular disease is polygenic, suggesting the importance of actively improving environmental factors in the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease.
