油红O是一种常见的优良脂肪染色剂,早已被广泛地应用于生物学和医学研究领域。近年来,学者针对渗透性客体上潜在手印中的脂类成分发明了油红O显现法。作为一种新兴手印显现技术,油红O显现法在显现油脂手印及受潮或陈旧渗透性客体上的潜在手印中具有较高应用价值,且该项技术具有的成本低廉、操作简单、非破坏性等优点使其在未来的基层司法鉴定工作中具有很好的推广前景。本文通过开展实验,分别采用甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、医用酒精作为有机溶剂配制染液,验证油红O显现法的实际显现效果,并初步尝试染液配方的优化。

In this paper, experiments were carried out, respectively, methanol, ethanol, acetone, medical alcohol as organic solvent preparation dye, oil-red O test to verify the actual appearance of the effect, and initially try to dye formula optimization.
