研究了以正辛醛和甲醇为起始原料,直接合成正辛醛二甲缩醛技术。考察了催化剂、带水剂,以及反应温度、反应时间对反应结果的影响。确定优化的工艺条件:n(正辛醛)∶n(甲醇)=1∶2.4,反应温度为85~90℃,反应时间为2 h,催化剂为负载型杂多酸催化剂H3O40PW12/TiO2,带水剂为环己烷。在优化条件下正辛醛二甲缩醛的平均收率为82.8%,产品纯度达98%以上。
The direct synthesis of n-octanal dimethyl acetal using n-octanal and methanol as starting materials was studied. The effects of catalyst, water-entraining agent, reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction results were investigated. The optimized process conditions were as follows: n (n-octanal): n (methanol) = 1: 2.4, reaction temperature 85 ℃ ~ 90 ℃, reaction time 2h. The supported catalyst H3O40PW12 / The agent is cyclohexane. Under the optimum conditions, the average yield of n-octadecyldimetal was 82.8% and the purity of the product reached over 98%.
