新安江水库建成后,平均水温和最低水温都升高,而最高水温却降低了,与此同时,库区平均气温和最低气温也相应地升高,最高气温降低,无霜期增加25天。库内泥沙淤积,坝下河床横向展宽,纵向淤高。因此,如何限制水库的不利环境因素,发挥新环境优势,相应调整国民经济结构,这在理论上和实践方面都有一定的意义。
After the completion of Xin’anjiang Reservoir, both the average water temperature and the minimum water temperature have risen, while the maximum water temperature has decreased. At the same time, the average temperature and the minimum temperature in the reservoir area have also increased accordingly. The maximum temperature has dropped and the frost-free period has been increased by 25 days. Sediment deposition in the reservoir, the horizontal extension of the river bed under the dam, vertical siltation. Therefore, how to limit unfavorable environmental factors of reservoirs, give full play to the advantages of new environment and adjust the national economic structure accordingly have certain significance both in theory and practice.
