目的借鉴国外药物经济学研究质量评价量表,参考各国药物经济学指南,遴选我国药物经济学研究质量评价指标。方法应用文献查阅法、德尔菲专家咨询法等方法确定条目池,并应用统计学方法进行条目筛选,获得药物经济学研究质量评价指标。结果通过两轮德尔菲问卷初步获得26个药物经济学研究质量评价指标。结论本研究只初步遴选评价药物经济学质量的指标,还需进一步对该体系的各指标进行赋权,以进一步完善该体系。
Objective To learn from the quality evaluation of foreign drug economics research scale, reference to national drug economics guidelines, selection of China’s pharmaceutical economics research quality evaluation index. Methods The method of literature review, Delphi expert consultation and other methods to determine the pool of entries, and the application of statistical methods for entry screening, access to drug economics research quality evaluation index. Results Through the two rounds of Delphi questionnaires, 26 indexes of quality evaluation of pharmaceutical economics were initially obtained. Conclusions This study only selects the indicators for evaluating the quality of drug economics for the first time, and further weights the indicators of the system to further improve the system.
