本文对激光冲击是否可以诱发相变进行了试验研究。用功率密度为106×108W/cm2的激光器冲击T8钢表面。实验结果表明激光冲击处理使T8钢的表面显微硬度有所提高并可以发生马氏体相变。冲击处理后材料表面硬度提高了两倍,认为相变是T8钢表面硬度提高的原因之一。
In this paper, the experimental study of whether laser shock can induce phase transition is carried out. The surface of T8 steel was impacted with a laser with a power density of 1.06 × 108 W / cm2. The experimental results show that laser shock treatment can improve the surface microhardness of T8 steel and martensitic transformation can occur. After the impact treatment, the surface hardness of the material has been tripled. It is considered that the phase change is one of the reasons for the increase of the surface hardness of T8 steel.
