致密油体积压裂过程中产生的压裂返排液已成为当前油田地表水体主要污染源之一。系统分析不同关井时间后和不同返排阶段的返排液成分及规律分析,研究表明:同一油井,在不同返排阶段下,返排液中Na元素逐步增加,B元素等其他元素含量均呈现下降趋势;在不同返排时间下,随著返排时间的延长,压裂返排液中Na+离子、Al3+离子含量上升,其它离子含量均降低。研究压裂返排液中的重点元素分布特征,为压裂返排液处理工艺、装置设计及现场实施提供了实验基础。
Fracturing fluid in fractured tight oil volume fracturing has become one of the main pollution sources of surface water in the current oilfield. The system analyzes the composition and regularity of return fluid after different shut-in time and different stages of return flow. The results show that under the same oil return stage, Na element gradually increases in return flow and the content of other elements such as B element Showing a declining trend. With the return time, the content of Na + and Al3 + ions in the fracturing fluid increased with the increase of the time of return flow, and the contents of other ions decreased. Studying the distribution characteristics of the key elements in the fracturing fluid return fluid provides an experimental basis for the fracturing fluid treatment process, device design and site implementation.
