1 病例报告 患者男性,19岁,即往体健,无药物过敏史,因鼻塞,流涕于2000年10月11日就诊,经诊治确为过敏性鼻炎,予鼻炎康,维生素C,1％呋麻滴鼻液治疗3d未愈,转上级医院就诊,予鼻炎宁冲剂治疗,首剂9.0g冲服,40min后,因周身不适当即就诊。经门诊检查,其面部潮红,口唇肿胀,皮肤搔痒,全身泛发红色针尖大小粟粒样丘疹,间有3～5mm清亮水泡,伴头晕,恶心,持续性腹痛,呕吐,腹泻各1次,呼吸32/min,脉搏130/min,血压14.5/9.5kPa,呈虚脱状态。即静卧,吸氧,非那根12.5mg肌注,氢化可的松100mg,维生素C 2.0g,10％葡萄糖酸钙10ml分次静滴,30min后,症状缓解,呼吸24/min,脉搏95/min,连续两次治疗后痊愈。
