上海位于长江三角洲东缘,东临东海,北靠长江,南倚杭州湾,处于太湖流域下游,地势平坦,河网交错,水系纵横,属于典型的平原感潮河网地区。历年来,上海水系进行了多次大规模整治,逐步形成了以14个水利片为框架的河网水系。全市现有河道23787条(段),总长21646.29km,湖泊21个,其中区(县)管以上河道324条(段),长3202.1km,占全市河道总长的14.79%;区(县)管以上湖泊16个,总面积57.73km~2,占全市湖泊总面积的97.32%。全市河道密布,每平方公里内河道有3.41km长。现有河湖面积
Shanghai is located in the eastern edge of the Yangtze River Delta, east of the East China Sea, north of the Yangtze River, south of Hangzhou Bay, in the lower reaches of the Taihu Lake basin, flat terrain, staggered river network, vertical and horizontal drainage system, belonging to the typical tidal range of the tidal flat. Over the years, many large-scale remediations have been carried out in Shanghai’s water system, gradually forming a river network with 14 water conservancy films as its framework.
