汽车内饰设计向提高强度和安全性、改善隔声性能和舒适性、增大车内空间、减轻质量的方向发展。玻璃纤维增强毛毡(GRF)车顶内衬,用多层玻璃纤维毡增强、湿敷法粘接新工艺;利用 GRF 模压技术开发出了一种完整的车顶内衬;分析车顶衬风道,用舒适感预测均值(PMV)作为分析基础;车门内板及仪表板利用结构反应注射模法(SRIM),采用低压成形工艺将织物、薄膜、金属件和聚合物一次合成,成本大幅度降低;新型座椅采用了与座椅一体化的三点式安全带,用镁合金压铸整体式座椅以适用在强度、刚性、轻质和经济性方面的要求。
Automotive interior design to improve the strength and safety, improve sound insulation performance and comfort, increase the interior space, reduce the quality of the direction of development. GRF roof lining, reinforced with multi-layer fiberglass mat, wet bonding method of bonding new technology; using GRF molding technology to develop a complete roof lining; roof lining of the air duct analysis (PMV) was taken as the basis of analysis. The door inner panels and dashboards were fabricated by the structural reaction injection molding (SRIM) method using low-pressure forming process to fabricate fabrics, films, metal parts and polymers at one time and the cost was greatly reduced The new seats feature seat-integrated, three-point safety belts and die-cast monoblock seats made of magnesium alloy for strength, rigidity, light weight and economy.
