研究主要应用于矿山自卸车前悬挂液氮缸上塑料导向套的工作状况，并对其提出三耐（耐压、耐磨、耐热） 要求，据此确定总体研制方案： （１） 合理选择主体塑料并进行三耐改性； （２） 进行塑料注射模具的设计与制造； （３） 最后采用注射工艺完成导向套的成型．三耐型塑料导向套已由本溪重型汽车制造有限公司安装到７７ ｔ 自卸车上，并在矿山现场运行３ ０００ ｈ 以上，无拉缸、漏油现象发生．目前，该产品已投入批量生产．
The research is mainly applied to the work condition of the plastic guide sleeve on the front suspension liquid-nitrogen cylinder of the dump truck, and put forward the requirements of three resistances (pressure resistance, wear resistance and heat resistance), and the overall development plan is determined accordingly: (1) Reasonable Select the main plastic and three resistant to change; (2) plastic injection mold design and manufacturing; (3) the final injection process to complete the guide sleeve forming. At present, the product has been put into mass production.
