研究主要应用于矿山自卸车前悬挂液氮缸上塑料导向套的工作状况,并对其提出三耐(耐压、耐磨、耐热) 要求,据此确定总体研制方案: (1) 合理选择主体塑料并进行三耐改性; (2) 进行塑料注射模具的设计与制造; (3) 最后采用注射工艺完成导向套的成型.三耐型塑料导向套已由本溪重型汽车制造有限公司安装到77 t 自卸车上,并在矿山现场运行3 000 h 以上,无拉缸、漏油现象发生.目前,该产品已投入批量生产.
The research is mainly applied to the work condition of the plastic guide sleeve on the front suspension liquid-nitrogen cylinder of the dump truck, and put forward the requirements of three resistances (pressure resistance, wear resistance and heat resistance), and the overall development plan is determined accordingly: (1) Reasonable Select the main plastic and three resistant to change; (2) plastic injection mold design and manufacturing; (3) the final injection process to complete the guide sleeve forming. Three resistant plastic guide sleeve has been installed by Benxi Heavy Duty Truck Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to a 77 t dump truck, and operated over 3,000 h at the mine site without pulling the tank, resulting in oil leakage. At present, the product has been put into mass production.
