【目的】观察体外超声波是否可激活光敏剂血卟啉,对体外培养的肝癌细胞发挥抑制增殖及杀伤作用。【方法】将体外培养的SMMC-7721肝癌细胞株随机分为单独血卟啉、单独超声、超声加血卟啉及空白对照四组,分别给予相应处理,观察细胞变化。【结果】超声加血卟啉组肝癌细胞于7 d后全部溶解死亡,单独血卟啉组、单独超声组肝癌细胞仍呈增殖状态,与空白对照组差异无显著性。【结论】运用超声波可以激活光敏剂血卟啉,发挥对肝癌细胞的抑制和杀伤作用。
【Objective】 To observe whether ultrasound can activate the photosensitizer, hematoporphyrin, to inhibit the proliferation and killing of hepatoma cells cultured in vitro. 【Methods】 The SMMC-7721 hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines cultured in vitro were randomly divided into four groups: hematoporphyrin alone, ultrasound alone, ultrasound plus hematoporphyrin, and blank control group. The corresponding treatment was performed to observe cell changes. 【Results】 All the hepatoma cells in the ultrasound plus hematoporphyrin group were lysed and died after 7 days. The hepatocellular carcinoma cells in the hematoporphyrin group alone and the ultrasound group were still proliferating. There was no significant difference between the hepatocellular carcinoma cells and the blank control group. 【Conclusion】 Ultrasound can activate the photosensitizer, hematoporphyrin, to exert its inhibitory and killing effects on hepatoma cells.
