从求人倍率看大学生区域性和竞争性就业难问题

［摘要］对高校毕业生人才市场求人倍率进行研究,使学科求人倍率处于良好状态有利于促进就业、经济发展,并且节约教育资源。本文通过对高校毕业生人才市场的学科求人倍率状况进行实证研究,发现了区域性、竞争性就业难和专业结构性失业等问题,并根据求人倍率来对高校学科专业设置进行调整,从而促进大学生就业。　　［关键词］高校毕业生；求人倍率；就业　　［中图分类号］G64［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1005-6
