目前,燃气轮机基本都是以天然气或重油作为燃料进行设计的,而在IGCC电站中供给燃气轮机的燃料为煤气化产生的低热值合成气,其主要成分是H2和CO。由于燃料特性的变化,一方面需要对燃气轮机进行适当的硬件改造,另一方面需要重新设定燃气轮机的运行工况点,以满足燃用低热值合成气的要求。文章初步分析了燃气轮机燃用低热值合成气时,燃气轮机主要系统性能的变化特点,并介绍了相应的应对措施,以满足燃气轮机稳定运行的要求。
At present, the gas turbines are basically designed with natural gas or heavy oil as the fuel. The fuel supplied to the gas turbine in the IGCC power station is low-calorific value syngas produced by coal gasification, and its main components are H2 and CO. Due to the change of the fuel characteristics, on the one hand, the appropriate hardware modification of the gas turbine needs to be carried out; on the other hand, the operating point of the gas turbine needs to be reset to meet the requirement of burning low calorific value syngas. In this paper, the characteristics of the gas turbine main system performance when the gas turbine is combusted with low calorific value syngas are analyzed preliminarily. Corresponding countermeasures are also introduced to meet the requirements of the stable operation of the gas turbine.
