目的就磺胺致阴茎皮肤过敏伴感染一例进行探讨。方法患者,男,36岁,因头部外伤于我科住院治疗,接近伤愈时(已停止各项治疗3天),因患者自觉感冒,自购复方新诺明3日量,首服2片,约2h后,阴茎部冠状沟、阴茎及阴囊周边皮肤出现红斑。结果患者在服药前的一段时间内都没有吃致敏性食物,如鱼、虾、蟹之类,也没有服用任何药物,故可确认为复方新诺明致阴茎阴囊皮肤过敏反应1例。结论阴茎部位药物过敏相对不多见。无论哪一个专科医师,应用何种药物,家族中有过敏反应疾病患者也应特别注意。
Objective To investigate the case of sulfonamides causing penile skin allergy infection. Methods Patients, male, 36 years old, hospitalized for treatment of head injury in our department, close to the time of injury (have stopped the treatment of 3 days), because patients consciously cold, since the purchase of cotrimoxazole 3 days, the first service 2 Tablets, about 2h, penis coronal groove, penis and scrotal skin around the erythema. Results Patients did not eat allergenic food, such as fish, shrimp, crab and the like, and did not take any drugs before taking the medicine for a period of time. Therefore, 1 patient was diagnosed as cotrimoxan-induced skin allergic reaction to penis. Conclusion Penile drug allergy is relatively rare. No matter what a specialist, the application of what drugs, allergic reactions in patients with family disease should also pay special attention.
