本文依据国内外研究理论,运用我国1995至2010年的宏观统计数据,通过计量经济学的实证方法选取构成和谐劳动关系的变量,构建了劳动关系和谐度的评价体系,并用中国的数据进行实证检验,得出和谐劳动关系有利于促进经济增长并且劳动关系的不同组成要素对经济增长的促进作用存在差别的结论。据此提出相关政策建议,对劳动关系理论的发展有一定的意义。
According to the domestic and foreign research theories, using the macroscopic statistical data from 1995 to 2010 in our country, we select the variables that make up the harmonious labor relations through the empirical methods of econometrics and construct the evaluation system of the harmony of labor relations. , Concludes that harmonious labor relations are conducive to promoting economic growth and that the different components of labor relations contribute to economic growth are different. Accordingly, the relevant policy suggestions are proposed, which have certain significance to the development of the theory of labor relations.
