清華簡《說命》的刊布~([1]),證明了東晉梅本《古文尚書·説命》非先秦古文書籍,後者是後人根據先秦古書所引《説命》文句而充以其他文句以成篇的依托之作,已是很清楚的了。而清華簡《說命》在學術研究上的重要性不僅僅如此,本文試就簡本《說命》與其他先秦古籍的關係作一初步的討論,供學人參考。大家知道,將今傳本《緇衣》與戰國時抄寫的郭店楚簡和上博簡《緇衣》相對照,會發現二者多有不同之處,尤其是今傳本第十六章孔子關於小人、君子、大人之所溺的論說,不見於簡本。這一章後面引了幾種古書,其中就有《説命》。其所引文句如下:
