空气取水吸附剂的性能实验研究

为了解决干旱地区生活用水的问题,研制了一种由FNG硅胶和LiCl组成的吸附剂。在25℃,35%条件下,进行了自制吸附剂与4A分子筛的吸附性能对比实验。在80℃条件下,进行了自制吸附剂解吸性能和重复吸水性能实验。实验结果表明:在25℃,35%条件下,吸附剂最大吸附量为28.6g水/100g吸附剂;能够在80℃条件下解吸;重复吸水性变化量为5%;破碎率为7%。是一种可用于干旱地区空气取水的吸附剂。 In order to solve the problem of domestic water use in arid areas, an adsorbent composed of FNG silica gel and LiCl was developed. At 25 ℃, 35% conditions, the self-made adsorbent and 4A molecular sieve adsorption performance comparison experiments. The desorption performance and repeated water absorption performance of self-made adsorbents were tested at 80 ℃. The experimental results show that the maximum adsorption capacity of adsorbent is 28.6g water / 100g adsorbent under the condition of 25 ℃ and 35%; desorption can be carried out under the condition of 80 ℃; the variation of water repellency is 5%; Is a kind of adsorbent that can be used for air intake in arid areas.
