在世界金融危机冲击下,中国经济的复苏尚待时日,但房地产价格先期暴涨,牵动着人们的神经。从而引发了中央对房地产市场新一轮的调控。回顾2003年以来,国务院及相关部委针对房地产调控下发的文件规定,据初步统计多达50多个,除2008年受金融危机影响,房价出现高位基础上的小幅下降外,房价持续飙升,不能不引起对房地产领域体制性矛盾的思考。与以往不同,此次调控开始触动本质,效果初步显现。这也提示相关部门,不能就房价论房价,如果不从体制层面解决问题,房地产业不可能实现健康发展,长此以往,房地产业不断吹胀的泡沫最终将引发严重的经济和社会危机。
