小湾水电站“抗力体”工程,对一期回填混凝土按照设计要求内部预埋水管,通水冷却,实际施工在冷却83d后,混凝土内部温度仍未降到设计要求的温度。监理对混凝土冷却水管作了有效调整,混凝土内部温度在40d后达到了设计要求的指标,使混凝土温度控制工作取得了良好的效果,大大缩短了混凝土降温的时间,并有效降低了工程成本。
Xiaowan Hydropower Station “Resistance Body ” project, the first phase of backfilled concrete is internally embedded with water pipes according to the design requirements and is cooled by water. After the actual construction is cooled for 83 days, the concrete internal temperature has not dropped to the required temperature. Supervision of the concrete cooling pipe made an effective adjustment, the concrete internal temperature reaches the design requirements after 40d indicators, the concrete temperature control has achieved good results, greatly reducing the cooling time of concrete, and effectively reduce the cost of the project.
