目的:运用高效液相色谱指纹图谱相似度评价法、系统聚类分析法和主成分分析法建立车前子药材的综合化学模式识别方法。方法:采用反相高效液相法,紫外检测器,Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.5%乙酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,建立车前子的HPLC-UV指纹图谱,并以24批药材共有色谱峰峰面积为依据,建立其系统聚类分析方法及主成分分析方法。结果:指纹图谱法可以区别不同品种及产地车前子,系统聚类分析法和主成分分析法分析结果基本一致,但稍有差异。结论:所建立的综合化学模式识别方法可用于车前子的质量控制及品种评价。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a comprehensive chemical pattern recognition method for psyllium herb by HPLC-fingerprint similarity evaluation, cluster analysis and principal component analysis. Methods: The HPLC-UV fingerprint of Psyllium was established by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography, UV detector, Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and acetonitrile-0.5% Based on the chromatographic peak area of 24 batches of herbs, the methods of cluster analysis and principal component analysis were established. Results: The fingerprinting method can distinguish the seeds of different plant species and their origin. The results of cluster analysis and principal component analysis are basically the same but slightly different. Conclusion: The established integrated chemical pattern recognition method can be used for the quality control and variety evaluation of Plantago.
