我国新一轮基础教育课程改革自2001年推行以来,现已进入攻坚阶段。围绕本轮课改而倡导应用的校本教研是实施教师培训、促进教师专业成长最为有效的途径,是推进新一轮基础教育课程改革顺利开展的关键性举措。它提倡教师在教学过程中研究,在研究状态下教学的新型行动研究模式,旨在促进学校的发展,使学校具备研究的能力,形成自我发展、自我提升、自我创新、自我超越的内在机制,成为真正意义上的学习化组织。
