培训作为人力资源开发的关键环节,是人才队伍建设的有效手段,是实现企业发展目标的重要保障,但是目前大多数企业的教育培训效果却难以令人满意。文章从人的能力素质形成的规律及特点出发,运用现代教育培训理论技术,分析研究当前企业培训实施效果不佳的原因,并提出相应的对策,以期对广大企业培训工作者提供一些新的启示和借鉴。
