本文采用CCl_4损伤肝脏的动物模型,用硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)荧光法检测血和肝丙二醛(MDA).Hissin等法检测血和肝还原型谷光甘肽(GSH).邻苯三酚法检测肝超氧化物歧化酶(SOD).探讨了HPF清除自由基,保护肝脏的作用机理.
In this paper, animal model of CCl 4 -induced liver was used, and blood and liver MDA were detected by thiobarbituric acid (TBA) fluorescence method.Hissin method was used to detect blood and liver reduced glutathione (GSH) TSP was used to detect the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in liver and its mechanism of scavenging free radicals and protecting the liver was explored.
