采用血卟啉衍生物（HPD）按5mg／kg加入5％葡萄糖溶液250ml中静滴行光动力治疗头颈部癌及癌前期病变82例．用药后24小时以6300A治疗光照射肿瘤表面，体表用平头光纤，腔内用柱状弥散光纤经内窥镜照射，剂量400J／cm2。视病情可间隔几周或几个月重复治疗。44例随访结果提示，此疗法对早期头颈癌有明显效果，对放疗失败的鼻咽癌患者亦可作为补救治疗或综合治疗的措施之一。
Hematoporphyrin derivative (HPD) was used as a photodynamic therapy for head and neck cancer and precancerous lesions in 250 cases by adding 5mg/kg 5% glucose solution 250ml intravenously. 24 hours after treatment with 6300A treatment light irradiation on the tumor surface, the body surface with flat fiber, intraluminal columnar dispersion of fiber by endoscopic irradiation dose 400J/cm2. Depending on the condition, treatment can be repeated at intervals of several weeks or months. The follow-up results of 44 cases suggest that this therapy has obvious effects on early head and neck cancers, and that patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who failed to undergo radiotherapy may also be used as a remedy or comprehensive treatment.
