质量成本是质量管理工作的重要内容。它是以贷币形式表现的企业为保证和提高产品质量而支出的一切费用,以及因没有达到既定的质量标准而产生的一切损失之和。随着全面质量管理的深入展开,质量成本工作已先后列入工矿企业的议事日程,现就我厂开展是项工作的一些具体做法和遇到的几个问题,简介如下:一、健全组织:组织建设是质量管理得以顺利进行的根本保证。我厂自1979年开展全面质量管理以来,各车间均先后建立了 QC 领导小组,去年全厂拥有 QC 小组37个,参加 QC 小组活动的人数达386人次,占全厂职工总人数的
Quality cost is an important part of quality management work. It is the sum of all expenses incurred by a company in the form of a loan currency to guarantee and improve product quality, and the sum of all losses resulting from failing to meet the established quality standards. With the in-depth development of total quality management, the quality costing work has been listed on the agenda of industrial and mining enterprises. Now we have some specific practices and problems encountered in our work. The brief introduction is as follows: 1. Sound organization: Organizational construction is the fundamental guarantee for smooth quality management. Since our factory began to implement total quality management in 1979, all workshops have successively established QC leadership groups. Last year, the whole factory had 37 QC teams, and 386 people participated in QC group activities, which accounted for the total number of employees in the entire factory.
