冶金工业早期建设的尾矿库多为不透水基坝,目前由于坝体浸润线过高而威胁坝体安全的尾矿库较多。采取坝内排渗措施降低浸润线是加固治理这类病险坝的根本途径。本文提出的辐射井立体排水系统,由水平排水和竖直排水组合而成,较之目前采用的排水方法,具有井位灵活,排水效果好;自流排水,安全可靠,运行管理方便等优点。本文根据尾矿坝的特点简要介绍了辐射井立体排水系统的设计原则。并结合工程实例分析了这种排水方式的排水效果。
Most of the early construction of the tailings in the metallurgical industry is mostly impervious base dam. At present, there are many tailings banks that threaten the safety of the dam due to the high saturation line of the dam. Taking dam drainage measures to reduce the infiltration line is the fundamental way to strengthen the treatment of such dams. The radial well drainage system proposed in this paper is a combination of horizontal drainage and vertical drainage. Compared with the current drainage methods, it has the advantages of well location, good drainage effect, gravity drainage, safe and reliable operation management and so on. In this paper, according to the characteristics of tailings dam, the design principles of three-dimensional drainage system of radial well are briefly introduced. Combined with engineering examples, the drainage effect of this drainage method is analyzed.
