金属拉力试样在试验前的标距工作是一必不可少的环节。目前常见的标距机,主要是打点机和划线机两大类,但这两类机在使用中都有其不足之处,为此,我们通过多年的实践,设计了一台新型的标距工具——打点划线机。该机标距方法比较灵活,并实现了一机两用,以下,我们与其它形式的标距机比较一下,从而说明我们的试制意图。一划线机现状常见的标距划线机,如上海、红山试验机厂生产的SH—250、350型,及进口的划线机,均是以手摇操作,机械传动来划线的,在其标距过程中,是由一只划针由一端划到另一端未为止,其在试样上的划线形式见图1所示。
