本文介绍了NP-1型x光电子能谱仪总体方案的考虑和选择、半球形静电分析器及减速透镜的设计。给出了调试结果:仪器分辨率Ag3d5/2谱图的半高宽度为0.99eV;x射线源功率300瓦时,最大计数率为275,000个/秒;信号与本底之比大于9。还给出了用本仪器作的聚四氟乙烯、氧化铝的化学位移及硫的粉末样品的谱图;讨论了影响仪器分辨率的因素及调整方法。
This article describes the NP-1 x-ray photoelectron spectrometer overall program considerations and choices, hemispherical electrostatic analyzer and deceleration lens design. The results show that the half width of Ag3d5 / 2 spectrum is 0.99eV and the maximum count rate is 275,000 / s when the power of x-ray source is 300W. The ratio of signal to background is greater than 9. The chemical shifts of polytetrafluoroethylene and alumina and the spectra of sulfur powder samples were also given. The factors affecting the resolution of the instrument and the adjustment methods were also discussed.
