目的 探讨下体负压对计算能力的影响。 方法 采用坐位下体负压舱对 6名男性健康受试者施加 40 mm Hg的负压 ,使用威能智力计算训练模块 ,在屏幕上显示 2位数字连加、减 4项算式 ,计正确次数和错误次数 ,以测试计算能力。于施压前和施压第 3分钟作 1m in计算能力的测试 ,并且同时记录血压、心率和心输出量。 结果 暴露于下体负压负荷 40 mm Hg时 ,每分钟计算正确次数减少 ,有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而每分钟计算错误次数无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 在下体负压负荷作用下计算能力下降 ,表现为正确计算次数减少 ,提示下体负压负荷时 ,脑的高级功能下降。
Objective To investigate the influence of lower body negative pressure on computational ability. Methods Negative pressure of 40 mm Hg was applied to six male healthy subjects by using the negative pressure cabin in the sitting position. The training module of intelligence energy was used to calculate the training module, and the two figures were added and subtracted on the screen. The number of errors to test the computing power. Before the pressure and the pressure of the first 3 minutes for 1m in computing capacity of the test, and at the same time record blood pressure, heart rate and cardiac output. Results There was a significant difference (P <0. 05) in the number of correct counts per minute when exposed to the lower body negative pressure load of 40 mm Hg, while there was no significant difference in the number of errors counted per minute (P> 0.05). Conclusion The computational ability decreases under the negative pressure of lower body, which shows that the number of correct calculation decreases, suggesting that the lower function of brain declines when the lower body is under negative pressure.
