以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为萃取溶剂,研究用溶剂萃取的方法提高辽河油田焦化柴油的色度和氧化安定性。试验表明:精制油的色度、氧化安定性沉渣、实际胶质均可达到国标催化柴油的要求,焦化柴油中的氮化物、酸性化合物等不安定组分得到有效脱除,色度和氧化安定性大大提高,柴油收率在90％以上,溶剂可循环使用。
Using N, N - dimethylformamide as extraction solvent, the method of solvent extraction was studied to improve the chroma and oxidation stability of coking diesel oil in Liaohe Oilfield. The results show that the chroma, oxidation stability sediment and actual colloid of the refined oil can all meet the requirements of national standard catalytic diesel. The unstable components such as nitrides and acidic compounds in coking diesel oil are effectively removed, and the chroma and oxidation stability The quality is greatly improved, the yield of diesel oil is more than 90%, and the solvent can be recycled.
