中国泰尔实验室隶属于信息产业部电信传输研究所,于1999年11月2日通过了中国实验室国家认可委员会的审查认可。为了全面贯彻ISO/IEC25导则《标准和检验实验室技术能力的通用要求》,规范检验工作,改进服务质量,提高实验室全体工作人员的质量意识和服务意识,中国泰尔实验室于2000年3月开展了“服务质量月”活动。活动的主题是:实施“科学、公正、客观、准确”的质量方针;追求“为您着想,为您负责,使您满意”的服务目标。这次活动得到了部电信管理局、部科技司及所领导的支持和肯定。主要内容有:整治
China Tail Laboratory under the Ministry of Information Industry Telecommunications Transmission Institute, on November 2, 1999 passed the China National Accreditation Board for Laboratory Accreditation.
