本实验对松寿丹(SSD)对实验性小鼠心脑缺氧的保护作用及与血脂的关系进行了研究。实验结果证明:①SSD对NaNO_2中毒所致急性血液性缺氧有保护作用,1.6g/kgP<0.05;②能显著降低高脂饲养动物血清胆固醇含量,0.8g/kg和0.4g/kg两组均P<0.01;③对高脂饲养动物耐NaNO_2缺氧有保护作用,0.8g/kg组P<0.05。提示松寿丹不仅对单纯血液性缺氧有保护作用,而且还通过其显著的降血脂作用改善循环性缺氧,提高机体耐缺氧能力。
In this experiment, the protective effect of Songshoudan (SSD) on experimental mice’s heart and brain hypoxia and its relationship with blood lipids were studied. The experimental results show that: 1 SSD has a protective effect on acute blood hypoxia induced by NaNO 2 poisoning, 1.6g/kgP<0.05; 2 can significantly reduce serum cholesterol content in high-fat animals, 0.8g/kg and 0.4g/kg P<0.01; 3 had high protection against Na_2O_2 deficiency in high-fat animals, P<0.05 in 0.8g/kg group. Tips Songshou Dan not only has a protective effect on simple blood hypoxia, but also through its significant hypolipidemic effect to improve the circulation of hypoxia, improve the body’s resistance to hypoxia.
